NOVELTY - Base coating comprises 25-40 pts. wt. organic composite resin, 10-15 pts. wt. PTFE resin, 10-15 pts. wt. pigments, 25-35 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 2-8 pts. wt. additives and 10-12 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The coating is useful for carbon non-stick pan. ADVANTAGE - The coating is stable and non-sticky, guarantees hardness, has chemical inertness, special thixotropic properties and excellent thermal conductivity, improves tensile strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, strength, flexibility and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (i) mixing the organic comprehensive resin and PTFE resin to obtain a mixture, (ii) adding zinc phosphate and graphene to the mixture obtained in step (i), and continuously stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture, (iii) adding pigment to the mixture obtained in step (ii), and continuously stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture, (iv) adding additives to the mixture obtained in step (iii), and continuously stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture, (v) drying the mixture obtained in step (iv) in a drying box to obtain a dry mixture, (vi) adding filler to the dried mixture obtained in step (v) and stirring for a while to obtain a mixture, (vii) placing the mixture obtained in step (vi) in a three-roll mill to grind to the required fineness and (viii) placing the mixture obtained in step (vii) in a hot and humid environment at 100-120 degrees C having relative humidity of 60-80% for 12-24 hours, and finally cooling to room temperature, and sealing to obtain the product.
