▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite nano-gold/graphene polycaprolactone material comprises (a) adding graphite powder, concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid in dropwise manner in oil bath at 80 degrees C, stirring the mixture magnetically in an oil bath and cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water, allowing to stand and suction filtering to obtain pre-oxidized product, adding Hydrogen peroxide to generate lot of bubbles until the solution turns bright yellow, washing with dilute hydrochloric acid solution to obtain graphene oxide solution, (b) taking graphene oxide solution in microwave tube, adding chloroauric acid solution, placing microwave tube containing the mixed solution in the microwave reactor and drying to obtain nano gold/graphene and (c) adding polycaprolactone to the reactor, heating, adding nano gold/graphene and heating to 100-120 degrees C and stirring for 4-6 hours and cooling to room temperature to obtain polycaprolactone material of composite nano gold/graphene. USE - The polycaprolactone material is useful for flexible film materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has stable dielectric constant; effectively solves the problem that when flexible organic polymer materials are used as substrate film materials and their dielectric constant will drop sharply in the high frequency range.
