NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion inner covering film comprises 60-70 wt.% modified epoxy resin emulsion, 1-5 wt.% film-forming additive, 3-15 wt.% anti-corrosion pigment filler, 2-8 wt.% surfactant, 4-10 wt.% coupling agent, 10-15 wt.% curing agent, 0.1-2 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.1-2 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-0.6 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, and 10-50 wt.% water. The modified epoxy resin emulsion is prepared using modified graphene oxide powder and epoxy resin. The modified graphene oxide powder is formed by grafting graphene oxide with nano-carbonyl iron powder and p-aminobenzoic acid. The anti-corrosion pigment filler is prepared using aminosilane coupling agent and pigment filler. USE - The anti-corrosion inner covering film is useful for inner layer of steel barrel. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion inner covering film has improved shielding property, and high hardness and adhesive force, uses modified epoxy resin emulsion to make the formed coating having physical shielding effect on each corrosion medium, reduces the corrosion rate of steel by adding corrosion inhibitor, utilizes pigment filler, which is modified to form anti-corrosion pigment filler to improve dispersibility of the epoxy resin, and eliminates the phase interface between the pigment filler and the resin.
