NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly surface-finishing additive comprises 40-80 pts. wt. gypsum, 5-35 pts. wt. activated carbon, 10-20 pts. wt. sericite, 300-500 oxide powder, 20-35 pts. wt. adsorbent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube-graphene composite, 5-10 pts. wt. phosphate and 0.1-2 pts. wt. nano-silica. The activated carbon powder is obtained by cutting bamboo, oak and pine, carburizing, screening, separating and grinding. The adsorbent is chosen from graft polymer, diatomaceous earth, zeolite, absorbent and electron-beam graft-polymerized alginate. USE - Environmentally-friendly additive is used for surface-finishing composition for building material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface-finishing composition containing environmentally-friendly additive has excellent anti-corrosive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environmentally-friendly surface-finishing additive comprises 40-80 pts. wt. gypsum, 5-35 pts. wt. activated carbon, 10-20 pts. wt. sericite, 300-500 oxide powder, 20-35 pts. wt. adsorbent, 0.1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube-graphene composite, 5-10 pts. wt. phosphate and 0.1-2 pts. wt. nano-silica. The activated carbon powder is obtained by cutting bamboo, oak and pine to length of 500-1000 mm, respectively, carburizing at 1000-1500 degrees C, screening, separating and grinding, and has particle diameter of 50-250 mesh. The adsorbent is chosen from graft polymer, diatomaceous earth, zeolite, absorbent and electron-beam graft-polymerized alginate. The carbon nanotube-graphene composite is obtained by stirring carbon nanotube and graphite powder and heating at 700 degrees C. The phosphate is chosen from potassium phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, potassium triphosphate, sodium phosphate, sodium diphosphate, sodium triphosphate, aluminum phosphate, zinc phosphate, ammonium polyphosphate, sodium meta-phosphate, calcium phosphate, dibasic calcium phosphate or calcium phosphate. The gypsum contains calcium oxide, quicklime, and powdered material of abalone, oysters, ark shell, clam, scallop, oyster, mussel or cockle, and has particle size of 80-120 mesh.
