▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Superparamagnetic probe for virus detection, comprises graphene superparamagnetic MOFs composite material, where the graphene superparamagnetic MOFs composite material is prepared by: (i) using glycine to modify graphene oxide through amidation to obtain glycine functionalized graphene; (ii) dispersing the glycine functionalized graphene in a solvent, adding ferrous ion solution and glycine, reacting with nitrogen gas for 1-8 hours to obtain surface complex graphene ferrous glycinate; (iii) carrying out high-temperature heat treatment for 1-3 hours to obtain N-doped superparamagnetic graphene; and (iv) dispersing the N-doped superparamagnetic graphene in solvent, adding organic ligand and metal salt solution, reacting for 2-4 hours, separating, and drying. USE - Used as superparamagnetic probe for virus detection. ADVANTAGE - The probe has fast detection speed and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for using the superparamagnetic probe for virus detection, comprising adding the test sample swab into the chromatographic fluid, shaking the reaction and allowing to stand for 2 minutes, after the target antigen molecule is adsorbed by the superparamagnetic probe, it is added dropwise to the NC film test paper pre-coated with the antibody nano-gold AuNPs gasket, and the nano-probe of the test solution is pushed under the adsorption of the absorbent paper, the antigen moves along the NC membrane, and the T-line of the test strip is pre-marked with matching antibodies. When the test solution reaches the T-line, a complex of T-line antibody-antigen to be tested-colloidal gold-coupled antibody will be formed; a large amount of gold AuNPs aggregates to appear red; excess gold-labeled antibody will continue to flow from the T-line to the C-line, and the C-line antibody will combine with the nano-gold AuNPs antibody to form a C-line antibody gold-labeled antibody complex; red is used as the quality control line; and if the quality control line does not develop color, it is determined that the test result is invalid.
