▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive master batch comprises 85-98 wt.% polyolefin, 0.2-2 wt.% carbon nano tube, 1-8 wt.% graphene, and 0.5-5 wt.% compatibilizer, the compatibilizer is 0.8-1.2 wt.% grafting rate polyolefin graft active functional group. USE - The conductive master batch and carbon nano tube and grapheme composite system are useful in preparing antistatic olefin polymers and in preparing conductive materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is excellent in conductivity, easy addition and can be widely applied to injection, extrusion and modified fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive master batch comprises (i) mixing carbon nanometer tube and graphene are dispersed in an inert volatile solvent, and stirring at room temperature for 10-30 minutes to obtain carbon nano-tube suspension, graphene suspension, (ii) ultrasonically processing the carbon nano-tube suspension, graphene suspension in 400-800 W ultrasonic processing device for 1 hour to obtain carbon nano-tube dispersing liquid graphene dispersion liquid, (iii) mixing the carbon nano tube dispersing liquid, graphene dispersion and polyolefin, mixing and stirring at 1300-2000 revolutions/minutes (rpm) to obtain dispersion material, and (iv) mixing the dispersed material and compatibilizer by a doublescrew melt extrusion at 170-210 degrees C under 100-400 rpm.
