▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide and nano diamond modified composite fiber cloth involves mixing ultrasonically oxidized graphene and water with stirring to obtain 0.5-1.0 milligram/milliliter of oxidized graphene aqueous solution. The absolute ethyl alcohol, acetone, iodine and nano diamond are mixed in a ratio of 15-18:0.3-0.5:0.4-0.6:0.01 and dispersed ultrasonically to obtain nano diamond dispersion. The composite fiber cloth as an anode and two stainless steel plates of the same size are used as counter electrodes on both sides of the composite fiber as an electrophoresis apparatus. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide and nano diamond modified composite fiber cloth for vehicle clutch surface patch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide and nano diamond modified composite fiber cloth, which has stronger wear resistance and better heat-conducting property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide and nano diamond modified composite fiber cloth involves mixing ultrasonically oxidized graphene and water with stirring to obtain 0.5-1.0 milligram/milliliter of oxidized graphene aqueous solution. The absolute ethyl alcohol, acetone, iodine and nano diamond are mixed in a ratio of 15-18:0.3-0.5:0.4-0.6:0.01 and dispersed ultrasonically to obtain nano diamond dispersion. The composite fiber cloth as an anode and two stainless steel plates of the same size are used as counter electrodes on both sides of the composite fiber as an electrophoresis apparatus, where electrode distance is 1-2 centimeter and added obtained oxidized graphite aqueous solution under a pressure of (2-3)x 10-3 pascal at 280-360 degrees C in presence of protective atmosphere of 1-2 liter/minutes nitrogen for 4-7 hours. The temperature of aqueous solution is controlled at 15-20 voltage after electrophoretic deposition for 30-40 minutes. The composite fiber cloth is cooled to room temperature and then re-placed in the electrophoresis device, then added nano diamond dispersion as electrophoresis solution under a pressure of (1-2)x 10-3 pascal at 350-400 degrees C in presence of protective atmosphere of 2-3 liter/minutes nitrogen for 5-10 minutes and then cooled to room temperature to obtain graphene oxide and nano diamond modified composite fiber cloth.
