NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum nitride/graphene nano-composite material, comprises dissolving urea in absolute ethanol and preparing urea ethanol solution, processing the graphene dispersion solution by ultrasound, transferring into the urea ethanol solution, stirring, dissolving aluminum chloride salt in absolute ethanol and preparing aluminum salt ethanol solution, dropping the aluminum salt ethanol solution into the graphene urea mixed solution, stirring, leaching the precipitate, drying, heating, cooling to room temperature, and obtaining the aluminum nitride/graphene nano-composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum nitride/graphene nano-composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and ensures short preparation period, low production equipment requirement, and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aluminum nitride/graphene nano-composite material, comprises: (a) dissolving urea in absolute ethanol, and preparing 0.8-2.4 mol/l urea ethanol solution; (b) processing the graphene dispersion solution by ultrasound for 30-120 minutes, transferring into the urea ethanol solution, and stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 20-60 minutes; (c) dissolving aluminum chloride salt in absolute ethanol, preparing 0.4-0.8 mol/l aluminum salt ethanol solution, dropping the aluminum salt ethanol solution into the graphene urea mixed solution obtained in the step (b) and simultaneously stirring at 70-80 degrees C, where the dropping process of the aluminum salt ethanol solution will produce precipitate, and stirring for 15-60 minutes after finishing the addition; (d) leaching the precipitate, and drying the precipitate in a vacuum drying oven of 60-150 degrees C for 5-15 hours; and (e) placing the dried product into an atmosphere protective tubular furnace, passing nitrogen, heating to 850-1000 degrees C at the speed of 1-5 degrees C/minute, preserving heat for 3-10 hours, cooling to room temperature under the nitrogen atmosphere, and obtaining the aluminum nitride/graphene nano-composite material, where the grain size of the aluminum nitride is 10-50 nm.
