NOVELTY - Preparing touch screen conductive silver paste involves mixing uniformly solvent, silver composite powder and silver nanosheets to obtain a silver mixture dispersion, where the mass ratio of solvent, silver composite powder and silver nanosheets is :(1-20):(10-30):(50-70), the solvent is butyl butyrate, dimethyl malonate, diethyl succinate, dioxalate ethyl acetate, diethyl adipate, ethyl oxalate acetate and butyl oxalate acetate, the silver composite powder is core-shell structure composite powder, the shell layer of the core-shell structure composite powder is silver layer, and core of the core-shell structure composite powder is polypropylene, and mixing the obtained silver mixture dispersion with the high molecular resin and additive to obtain the touch screen conductive silver paste, where the mass ratio of silver mixture dispersion liquid, macromolecule resin and additive is (75-95):(1-15):(0.5-10). USE - Method for preparing touch screen conductive silver paste used for silver usage in touch screen components, reducing molding temperature (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The touch screen conductive silver paste has lower molding temperature, faster molding and lower energy consumption. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an application method of touch screen conductive silver paste, which involves reducing the usage of silver in touch screen components and reducing molding temperature.
