NOVELTY - Production of uniformly-doped relatively large area multi-layered graphene element (10) involves forming openings (12) in multi-layered graphene sheet of large area, placing graphene element and dopant in low pressure condition, and holding the graphene element and dopant (16) at an elevated temperature for period of time in low pressure conditions. USE - Production of uniformly-doped relatively large area multi-layered graphene element used for screen and display including touchscreen for electric/electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid production of uniformly-doped large area graphene element having excellent optical transmittance and environmental stability, and low electrical resistance.
