NOVELTY - A dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing oxidized graphene powder (10) in a liquid, is coated on a substrate (20), and an oxidized graphene thin film is formed on the substrate. The liquid is removed from the substrate, and metal (21) is contacted to the oxidized graphene thin film. The obtained oxidized graphene thin film is reduced by heat-melting the metal, and graphene thin film is obtained. USE - Manufacture of graphene thin film used as transparent conductive film for solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene thin film having high quality with reduced defects.
