NOVELTY - Graphene rubber-plastic foamed sole colloidal particle comprises 12-18 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 12-17 pts. wt. nitrilerubber, 45-55 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), 3-6 pts. wt. talcum powder, 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dicalcium phosphate (DCP) crosslinking agent, 0.6-0.9 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 2-4 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Graphene rubber-plastic foamed sole colloidal particle. ADVANTAGE - The graphene rubber-plastic foamed sole colloidal particle has simple preparation method, and has good wear resistance, toughness and strong anti-aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene rubber-plastic foamed sole colloidal particle, which involves: (A) adding natural rubber, butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber into an open mill for milling to obtain a mixed rubber; (B) putting the mixed rubber, EVA, graphene and DCP crosslinking agent into an internal mixer for banburying at 120-150 degrees C for 10-15 minutes; (C) reducing the temperature to 75-95 degrees C,adding the anti-aging agent and talcum powder for continuously banburying for 3-5 minutes; (D) adding foaming agent for banburying for 40-60 minutes; (E) raising the temperature to 100-120 degrees C at a rate of 8 C/min for continuously banburying for 10-15 minutes and then discharging; (F) melting and extruding the material in a double-screw extruder at 110-130 degrees C; and (G) granulating to obtain the graphene rubber-plastic foamed sole colloidal.
