▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide, tin salt and nickel salt are dissolved in a solvent, then hydrazine hydrate is added to obtained mixture, ultrasonically-treated, heated at 170-200 degrees C for 2-24 hours, centrifuged, and product is collected and washed, to obtain graphene-doped tin-nickel alloy nanoparticles. The mass ratio of graphite oxide and tin salt is 1:2-1:10. The mass of graphite oxide and nickel salt is 1:2-1:10. The mass ratio of tin salt and nickel salt is 1:5-5:1. The mass ratio of hydrazine hydrate and graphene oxide is 5:1-30:1. USE - Preparation of graphene-doped tin-nickel alloy nanoparticles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and stably provides graphene-doped tin-nickel alloy nanoparticles with high purity, by simple process under mild reaction conditions.
