NOVELTY - The direct graphene film transfer device comprises solution inlet (1), circular mesh funnel (2) and a solution discharge outlet (3), where the solution introduction inlet installed with a mesh or conical wall. The solution discharge outlet is directly contacted with a hopper outlet, which is provided with a switch unit. USE - Direct graphene film transfer device. ADVANTAGE - The direct graphene film transfer device facilitates direct transfer of the graphene film in a simple and stable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for transferring graphene film, which involves: (A) using oxygen plasma cleaner to remove back foil graphene; (B) closing the solution discharge port after adding iron (III) nitrate solution into the circular mesh funnel; (C) opening inlet and outlet ports for introducing deionized water; (D) closing the discharge port after introducing dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water for cleaning the graphene film; (E) transferring the target substrate smoothly; and (F) drying the graphene film into air or naturally.
