▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves placing the graphite block in a crusher and broken into graphite particles. The potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfuric acid are mixed with the graphite particles to obtain graphite oxide. The graphite oxide is placed into the microwave reaction vessel to obtain graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is passed into the hydrazine hydrate solution to obtain graphene. The graphene is dried in a vacuum drying oven. The microwave reactor comprises a microwave cavity, a feed hopper, a microwave generator, a finished delivery pipe, a compressed air intake valve, and an inert gas intake valve. The top of the microwave cavity is provided with the feeding hopper. The feeding hopper is a square cone. The middle portion of the outer wall of the feeding hopper is fixedly connected to the microwave cavity on the top plate. The middle outer wall of the feeding hopper is fixedly connected with a set of microwave generators. USE - Graphene production method. ADVANTAGE - The symmetricalally placed flaps enable the graphite particles to be more evenly tumulated by forward and reverse. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating the graphene production method. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
