▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-strength wear-resistant friction material comprises 8-12 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene microcapsules, 10-16 pts. wt. graphite, 25-35 pts. wt. composite fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. nitrile rubber powder, 5-6 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 16 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 4 pts. wt. iron sulfide, 4 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 3 pts. wt. alumina, and 5 pts. wt. chromite. USE - The friction material is useful for high-speed heavy-load basalt short-fiber enhanced rubber-based friction material. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems of easy agglomeration and uneven dispersion of basalt fibers and solves the problems that graphene is not easy to disperse evenly; and avoids major defects on the friction surface of the product due to fiber pull-out. The friction material is green and environmentally friendly with outstanding mechanical property; and has low bonding strength with the resin interface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the high-strength wear-resistant friction material.
