NOVELTY - Preparing graphene toughening latex complex material comprises pre-processing the graphene to reduce the resistance of the graphene to the latex, increasing the binding force of graphene and latex and dissolving the graphene into a solvent, to obtain a mixture A, re-treating the mixture A, subjecting the mixture B to a high-pressure homogenization treatment and re-treating, to obtain a mixture B, adding the mixture B to the latex material for homogenization, to obtain a mixture C, solvent drying treating the mixture C and removing the mixture C. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene toughening latex complex material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves the dispersibility of graphene in the polymer; while maintains the crystal structure of graphene to prevent it from being destroyed; and ensures the mechanical properties of latex complex materials.
