NOVELTY - The tray (1) has a body (2) which describes a sealed volume, in which the sealed volume has a phase change material. An engagement unit releasably engages a trolley. The phase change material has a phase change temperature of less than zero degrees Celsius, and has a eutectic solution. The sealed volume has an insulative foam, in which the insulative foam is an open celled foam. The phase change material is at least partially located within the pores of the insulative foam, in which the insulative foam has a thermally conductive member. The thermally conductive member has metal, carbon nanotubes and/or graphene. USE - Tray for galley trolley for aircraft (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Improves performance, by using the phase change material provides extra flexibility to users, reduces supply chain issues and reduces handling problems associated with dry ice.
