NOVELTY - Preparing gunpowder propellant comprises (i) taking adhesive, curing agent, oxidation combustion improver, plasticizer, auxiliary agent, (ii) stirring and mixing the oxidation combustion improver in mixer, adding the auxiliary agent to mixer, continuously stirring and mixing to obtain the pre-mixed material, adding the adhesive and plasticizer into stirring kettle, stirring and mixing to obtain pre-mixed slurry, adding the pre-mixed material and pre-mixed slurry into stirring kettle, stirring and mixing, adding the curing agent to the stirring kettle, continuously stirring and mixing to obtain the mixed material and (iii) adding the mixed material obtained in step (ii) into mold, transferring the mold to vulcanizing tank, vulcanizing for 4-5 hours, demolding, transferring the vulcanized mixed material into vacuum drier and drying to final product. USE - The gunpowder propellant is useful in deflagration fracturing of small casing in low permeability oilfields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gunpowder propellant: solves the problem of sidetracking wells in low-permeability oilfields due to small casing diameter, thin cement sheath, compressive strength, traditional hydraulic fracturing prone to channeling out of the pipe and conventional deflagration charges. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing gunpowder propellant comprises (i) taking 11-13 pts. wt. adhesive, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 72-79 pts. wt. oxidation combustion improver, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, (ii) stirring and mixing the oxidation combustion improver for 2-3 hours in mixer, adding the auxiliary agent to mixer, continuously stirring and mixing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the pre-mixed material, adding the adhesive and plasticizer into stirring kettle, stirring and mixing for 1-2 hours at temperature 33-40℃ to obtain pre-mixed slurry, adding the pre-mixed material and pre-mixed slurry into stirring kettle, stirring and mixing at 55-60℃ for 2-4 hours, adding the curing agent to the stirring kettle, continuously stirring and mixing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the mixed material and (iii) adding the mixed material obtained in step (ii) into mold, transferring the mold to vulcanizing tank, vulcanizing at pressure 2-3 MPa, temperature 110-125℃ for 4-5 hours, demolding, transferring the vulcanized mixed material into vacuum drier, drying for 1-2 hours at temperature 0-30℃ to final product.
