▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing vertical graphene from solid carbon-containing substrate involves (i) placing the solid carbon-containing substrate into the reaction chamber, and evacuating the reaction chamber, (ii) passing gas into the reaction chamber to create an inert atmosphere, when the vacuum degree reaches the requirement, (iii) continuously introducing the specified gas, increasing the temperature of the reaction chamber at 700-1200 degrees C at a certain heating rate in this atmosphere, turning on the plasma to irradiate the solid carbon-containing substrate, and adjusting the pressure in the reaction chamber to 10-200 Pa, and maintaining at a constant temperature reaction for 1-8 hours, and (iv) after completing the isothermal reaction turning off the plasma and cooling to obtain vertical graphene. USE - Method for preparing vertical graphene from solid carbon-containing substrate (claimed) for ultra-thin electrode devices and flexible electrodes. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, does not require a catalyst, self-supporting in situ, reduces production costs, improves safety, and broadens the source of carbon precursors.
