NOVELTY - Flame-retardant cable insulation material or sheath material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. styrene ethylene propylene styrene (SEPS) or styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS), 10-30 pts. wt. polypropylene (PP), 10-30 pts. wt. polyolefin (POE), 5-20 pts. wt. polyethylene (PE), 20-40 pts. wt. oil, 5-45 pts. wt. graphene, 5-35 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.5-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.02-0.1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The graphene is a graphene having a surface treated with a coupling agent. USE - Flame-retardant cable insulation material or sheath material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant cable insulation material or sheath material has an electromagnetic shielding function, high strength, excellent flame retarding effect, good flexibility, high elongation at break, excellent mechanical properties, reaches tensile strength to 17MPa or more, reaches elongation at break over 470%, reaches shielding performance SE value to 17-50db, and reaches single vertical burning test to V0 level.
