NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced polyethylene composite material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene/hexene copolymer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. fluorinated styrene, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 10-30 pts. wt. solubilizing agent and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. surfactant. The plasticizer is triethyl phosphate, tributyl phosphate, ethylene glycol diacetate and/or triethylene glycol diacetate. The lubricant is glyceryl monostearate, butyl stearate and/or triglyceride. USE - Graphene reinforced polyethylene composite material is used for tubular product. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced polyethylene composite material has excellent heat resistance, compatibility and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene reinforced polyethylene composite pipe material comprises 80-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene/hexene copolymer, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. fluorinated styrene, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 10-30 pts. wt. solubilizing agent and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. surfactant. The coupling agent is phenylaminomethyltrimethoxysilane, diethylaminomethyltriethoxysilane, cyclohexylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane and/or aminoethyltrimethoxysilane. The plasticizer is triethyl phosphate, tributyl phosphate, ethylene glycol diacetate and/or triethylene glycol diacetate. The antioxidant is N-phenyl- beta -naphthylamine, triphenyl phosphite, dilauryl thiodipropionate and/or 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenol. The lubricant is glyceryl monostearate, butyl stearate and/or triglyceride. The solubilizing agent is dimethylformamide or acetone. The surfactant is octaphenyl silsesquioxane.
