NOVELTY - Water-based polyurethane graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 10-20 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. fillers, 3-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 6-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 12-18 pts. wt. water repellent, 5-12 pts. wt. viscous agent, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. hardener and 30-50 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Water-based polyurethane graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The water-based polyurethane graphene anticorrosive coating improves anti-corrosion and fire resistance of the coating, and increases the adhesion of the coating, which is convenient for construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-based polyurethane graphene anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) preparing reaction kettle, reaction funnel, valve and collection vessel; (B) putting deionized water in a reaction kettle; (C) adding water-based polyurethane, graphene dispersion, and phenolic epoxy resin into the reaction kettle to perform high-speed shaking to obtain liquid with anticorrosive properties; (D) continuing to mix aluminum silicate fiber and hardener again; (E) mixing the antioxidant and waterproofing agent again; and (F) adding filler, defoamer, viscous agent, and hardener at high speed.
