NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature far infrared graphene ceramic coating comprises configuring raw material to the mass ratio, preparing curing agent by ball milling technique, preparing the ceramic powder-containing alkene by high temperature solid solution diffusion technique, obtaining the graphene ceramic coating by ball milling. USE - The high temperature far infrared graphene is useful for fuel energy-saving, exercise training rehabilitation, air purification and human health, steel, building material, petrochemical, ceramic, power generation and other industrial field of heating furnace, hot-blast stove, cracking furnace and generating boiler. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the hemispherical emission rate of the ceramic coating relative to the traditional process, heat radiation coefficient and thermal shock resistance; adds graphene powder i.e. easy to be oxidized at more than 400℃, which causes the actual effect of the graphene, and ensures that the graphene is coated and wrapped by the graphene which avoids the post graphene the actual use and oxygen contact; adds ceramic powder that improves the uniformity of the powder, avoids the thermal stress difference caused by the difference of the components in practical use and affecting the service life of the coating.
