NOVELTY - A lithium ion battery cathode composite material is prepared by preparing silicon base precursor and graphite oxide mixture, hot cross connecting, and heat reducing to obtain silicon oxycarbide/graphene compound. USE - Method for preparing lithium ion battery cathode composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound is plugging type structure and nanoscale, has excellent electrochemical performance, effectively reduces silicon oxycarbide granule on volume change in the charging and discharging process, and provides high efficiency in the lithium ion transfer and access diffusion path.
