NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature and fast chemical sensitization emulsion explosive with high storage stability comprises preparing aqueous phase solution, oil phase and composite oil phase, mixing the aqueous phase solution and the composite oil phase into emulsion to obtain emulsion matrix, mixing the foaming agent and the sensitizing accelerator, directly adding emulsifying substrate to sensitize and packing, where the sensitizing accelerator comprises a graphene nanosheet; the emulsion explosive raw material comprises 100 pts. wt. aqueous phase, 7-8 pts. wt. composite oil phase, 2-3 pts. wt. foaming agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. sensitizing accelerator. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature and fast chemical sensitization emulsion explosive with high storage stability. ADVANTAGE - The method: delays the tendency of bubbles from small to large to burst in the subsequent foaming sensitization process by optimizing the ratio of the aqueous phase solution, adjusting the pH of the aqueous phase solution and adding polymethyl methacrylate to the oil phase; improves the storage performance of emulsion explosives and is simple. The explosive has good detonation performance, long storage period, good stability and broad application prospects.
