NOVELTY - A coating comprises 65-75 pts. wt. modified phenolic resin reinforced polyurethane, 55-60 pts. wt. styrene-acrylate emulsion, 30-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 25-30 pts. wt. nano-egg shell powder, 15-20 pts. wt. modified copper sulfate15-20, 15-20 pts. wt. molybdate, 15-20 pts. wt. filler, 20-25 pts. wt. additive and 75-95 pts. wt. water. The additive comprises 4-6 pts. wt. thickening agent, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-4 pts. wt. UV absorbing agent, 3-4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. hydrophobic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. film forming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent glossiness and waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of coating, which involves weighing filler, acidifying filler, crushing and sieving by 100-120 mesh sieve, calcining in a rotary kiln at temperature of 300-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours, acidizing for 16-20 hours, then placing in a rotary dryer, drying, grinding and sieving by 200-250 mesh sieve to obtain filler, mixing modified phenolic resin reinforced polyurethane and styrene-acrylate emulsion with filler and stirring speed of 200-300 rpm for 30-50 minutes, then adding remaining raw material and stirring at 400-500 rpm for 30-40 minutes, fully mixing, keeping the temperature at 55-65 degrees C, uniformly mixing and naturally cooling.
