NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/melamine resin composite comprises 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. polylactic acid nanofiber, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. polyaniline nanofiber, 20-25 pts. wt. melamine, 40-45 pts. wt. 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. polyacrylonitrile, dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. ethylene glycol, composite solvent containing dimethylformamide and dichloromethane in the volume ratio of 1:1, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. t-butyl hydrogen peroxide, citric acid, alkaline pH regulator AMP-95 and ethanol. USE - Graphene oxide/melamine resin composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide reinforced melamine resin composite has improved thermal conductivity due to addition of graphene oxide, improved toughness due to the addition of the nanofibers and excellent crack resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the composite, which involves dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to prepare 4 wt.% solution, adding the composite solvent, polylactic acid nanofiber, polyaniline nanofiber, alumina and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and t-butyl hydrogen peroxide, heating to 60-70 degrees C, stirring the contents for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethanol to obtain modified graphene oxide, adding the remaining ingredients, stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain a prepolymer, placing the prepolymer in vacuum oven at 30 degrees C after removing water, adjusting the pH to 5-6 using citric acid, and curing at 50 degrees C for 8-9 hours.
