▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide ink jet recording material comprises substrate, and coating coated on substrate and containing oxidized graphite alkene/polyacrylic acid copolymer ink absorbing layer. The copolymer comprises graphene oxide according to double bond, acrylic acid, water and initiator to react. The mass ratio of double bond graphene oxide and acrylic acid is 1: (10-100). The mass of water is 10-50 times of the mass of acrylic acid. The concentration of initiator is 0.1-2 mass%. The double-bond is composed of graphene oxide with acyl chloride reagent at mol ratio of (1-5): (10-50). USE - Graphene oxide recording material used for ink jet printing. ADVANTAGE - The recording material solves the problem of ink-absorbing rate of swelling-type ink and the problem of easy generation of crack when folded. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide ink jet recording material comprising: (A) taking (pts.wt.) graphite (1-8), strong acid (10-40), nitrate (5), strong oxidant (2-100) and hydrogen peroxide solution; mixing graphite (2-8), strong acid and nitrate, stirring uniformly, cooling to - 5 to 0 degrees C, adding strong oxidant at 50-300 mg/minute at stirring speed of 50-200 revolutions per minute (rpm), after finishing adding, continuing to stir for 24-48 hours to obtain the mixed solution A; (B) heating the mixed solution A to 20-50 degrees C and keeping for 40 minutes to 5 hours in water bath, then adding 90-100 degrees C hot water, heating up to boil and keeping for 20 minutes to 5 hours to obtain a mixed solution B, where the volume ratio of solution A and water is 1:; (C) adding hydrogen peroxide solution in mixed solution B (5-20), stirring uniformly, then filtering, washing the solid phase substance until there is no sulfate ion (SO42-), and freezing and drying to obtain graphite oxide, and purifying oxidized graphite alkene to obtain graphite oxide into the solvent, and starting the ultrasonic oscillator at ultrasonic power of 100-500 W, and oscillating for 0.5-12 hours, and controlling the speed at 3000-10000 rpm to conduct lower centrifugal separation, collecting the upper solution, freezing and drying to obtain purified oxidized graphite alkene, where molar ratio of graphene oxide and acyl chloride reagent is 1-5: 10-50; (D) purifying the graphene oxide and acyl chloride reagent and adding into the container, adding anhydrous solvent, refluxing for 5 hours to obtain oxidized graphite alkene double bond; and (E) taking obtained double bond graphite oxide, acrylic acid, water and initiator and adding to the reactor, adding evocating agent at 0.1-2% of the total mass of acrylic acid under the protection of inert gas, raising the temperature to 50-100 degrees C and keeping for 0.5-1 hour to obtain graphite oxide/polyacrylic acid copolymer, and coating the copolymer on a substrate.
