NOVELTY - Preparation of nanocomposite involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in phosphate buffer, adding enzyme to the mixture, mixing, adding aqueous solution of copper salt, placing resultant mixture in thermostatic oscillator and processing. The copper salt is copper sulfate, copper acetate or copper chloride. USE - Preparation of nanocomposite used in enzyme immobilization, electrochemical applications, material science, and bio applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nanocomposite having excellent stability, enzyme activity and softness by simple and environmentally-friendly process.
