▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing layered polypropylene / graphene thermally conductive composite material involves using polypropylene film as the substrate, modifying dopamine on the surface of the PP film, and forming polydopamine layer on the surface through a self-polymerization process, and hydrophilically modifying surface of the polypropylene film to obtain a surface-modified polyproplyene film, covering the graphene oxide slurry on the surface of the modified PP film to form a graphene oxide layer. The modified PP film covered with the graphene layer is hot pressed to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing layered polypropylene / graphene thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare layered polypropylene / graphene thermally conductive composite material in cost-effective manner, is good for large scale production, has stable product quality, excellent mechanical performance of the material, and improves the heat conducting performance.
