NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composite material, comprises an epoxy resin base body and multiple fluorinated graphene films located in epoxy resin base body. The multiple fluorinated graphene films are orderly arranged along the thickness z direction of the epoxy resin base body, and along the length x direction of the epoxy resin base body. The adjacent fluorinated graphene films are distributed with equal distance of 0.03-0.1 mm, and the length x of the epoxy resin base body is not less than 1 cm, along the width y direction of the epoxy resin base body, the adjacent graphene fluoride films are distributed with equal distance of 0.3-0.8 mm. USE - The material is useful for heat conducting sheet in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has relatively high thermal conductivity.
