▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Solid state Tm:lutetium scandate Q-switched ceramic laser comprises pumping source used for generating pumping laser whose wavelength is 795.7 nm, a focusing lens used for high penetration of the pump laser, focusing the pump laser into the crystal, a Tm: lutetium scandate ceramic laser gain medium used for change the pump laser with a center wavelength of 795.7 nm to a 2 mu m band laser, a laser cavity, used to achieve 2 mu m band laser operation, and a graphene oxide saturable absorber, used to convert continuous light into pulsed light. USE - Used as solid state Tm:lutetium scandate Q-switched ceramic laser. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing Q-locked Tm:lutetium scandate ceramic laser gain medium, comprising using solid-state reaction sintering method, where the sintering temperature is 700 degrees C; (2) preparing graphene oxide saturable absorber, comprising mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide in 1:3 proportion, placing the quartz piece in until the surface of the quartz piece no longer generates bubbles, taking out and drying to obtain hydrophilically treated quartz plate, placing the graphene oxide powder in deionized water, sonicating for 10 hours, centrifuging to obtain 0.3 mg/ml graphene oxide solution, injecting the graphene oxide solution into polystyrene square box, placing the hydrophilically treated quartz piece vertically into the box diagonally, allowing to stand for half a month, after the solution has evaporated, taking out the quartz plate, depositing graphene oxide material on both sides of the quartz plate, and the graphene oxide saturable absorber is prepared; (3) solid-state Tm:lutetium scandate Q-switched ceramic laser rangefinder; (4) solid-state Tm:lutetium scandate Q-switched ceramic laser Coherent Doppler wind radar; and (5) solid-state Tm:lutetium scandate Q-switched ceramic laser water vapor parabolic differential absorption laser radar system.
