NOVELTY - Solid-phase calcining of graphene includes mixing graphene oxide with water and dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing; adding concentrated aqueous ammonia, sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid solution, dispersing to obtain gelatinous substance, and high temperature calcining to obtain thermally reduced graphene oxide; and adding dissolving agent, removing dispersant, washing, and drying. USE - Method for solid-phase calcining of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for large scale industrial production, avoids over-accumulation on graphene sheet which lessens small square meter defect, recovers dispersant, and has deep degree of reduction, reduced cost, and no wastewater production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Solid-phase calcining of graphene comprises: (A) mixing graphene oxide with water and dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing until dispersant is inserted into film gap; (B) adding concentrated aqueous ammonia, sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid solution, dispersing to obtain gelatinous substance, and high temperature calcining to 300-1000 degrees C to obtain thermally reduced graphene oxide; and (C) adding dissolving agent, removing dispersant, washing, and drying. The dispersant is aluminum chloride, aluminum nitrate, ferric chloride, copper chloride, sodium aluminate, sodium silicate, ferrous ammonium sulfate, ammonia, ammonium chloride, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and/or sodium carbonate. The graphene oxide and dispersant has ratio of 1:100-100:1. The dissolving agent is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, water, sodium hydroxide, ammonium fluoride and/or hydrofluoric acid.
