NOVELTY - A safety silica gel ceramic protective coating comprises a ceramic main component whose outer wall surface is sprayed with a silica gel protective coating, and a porcelain-silicon bonding layer arranged between the ceramic main component and the silica gel protective coating. The silica gel protective coating includes silica gel, binder, thickener and graphene. The porcelain-silicon bonding layer includes a mixture (A) and a mixture (B). The mixture (A) includes silicone resin, silicon dioxide, toluene and a silane coupling agent. The mixture (B) includes toluene and metal coupling agent. The thickness of the silica gel protective coating is 0.1-0.3 mm. USE - Safety silica gel ceramic protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The safety silica gel ceramic protective coating: has excellent skid-proof performance and high attractiveness; can effectively increase the friction of the outer wall when coated on the ceramic main component; can effectively buffer the collision between hard porcelain and products, so that the ceramics placed together with other products do not produce harsh noises and avoid collision damage; can effectively isolate the unglazed bottom foot from contacting the outside world; and prevents the internal elements of the ceramic from absorbing dust and turning black and dirty. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating method of the silica gel ceramic protective coating, which involves: (A) polishing the bottom of the ceramic main component or other surface of the protective portions to make it smooth by using sandpaper, rinsing off the debris with water, and then air drying the ceramic main component; and (B) uniformly spraying the prepared porcelain-silicon bonding layer on the surface of the ceramic main component by using a sprayer, drying at 130-170degrees Celsius for 3-12 minutes in a dryer, taking out the ceramic main component, then evenly spraying the prepared silica gel protective coating on the surface of ceramic main component sprayed with porcelain-silicon bonding layer, and adding to the dryer for drying at 180-220degrees Celsius for 8-22 minutes.
