NOVELTY - Graphene/polymer ultra-low permeability film-forming agent is obtained by reacting raw materials comprising 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. monomer, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. initiator and 100 pts. wt. water. USE - The graphene/polymer ultra-low permeability film-forming agent is used for shale gas water-based drilling fluid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polymer ultra-low permeability film-forming agent has ultra-low permeability, temperature resistance above 180 degrees C and salt to saturation resistance, reduces the permeability of the shale surface, plays a role in preventing pressure transmission and filtrate invasion, and enhances the stability of the shale shaft wall. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the graphene/polymer ultra-low permeability film-forming agent, comprising adding an aqueous solution of graphene oxide to water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding the monomer and stirring to completely dissolve, ultrasonically dispersing, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 8-9, heating the solution, adding the initiator to react, and finally precipitating, washing and drying the product to obtain the product; and (2) a drilling fluid comprising the graphene/polymer ultra-low permeability film forming agent, where the amount of the film forming agent is 1-3 wt.% of the drilling fluid base slurry.
