▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The heater has a graphene conductive layer (1) attached to an inner wall of a heating cavity (2). Two conductors (3, 4) are electrically connected to different positions of the graphene conductive layer. The conductors are extended to an outer side of the heating cavity. The heating cavity is formed as a sealing structure. An inner portion of the heating cavity is filled with protective gas, where the protective gas comprises nitrogen, helium gas and argon gas. The heating cavity is formed as a cylindrical, square, tubular or spherical structure. An end of an electrode layer is electrically connected with the graphene conductive layer. USE - Heater. ADVANTAGE - The heater can directly pass heat through an inner wall of the heating cavity to realize rapid and uniform heating effect with high heat exchange efficiency when the graphene conductive layer is attached on the inner wall of the heating cavity without using a self-supporting structure so that mechanical strength of a graphene layer has no obvious requirement and manufacturing cost. The heater can resist 800-1100 degree Celsius of high temperature and make that working temperature is about 800-1700 degree Celsius and power density is greater than 20W/cm 2.
