▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant anti-impact alloy material comprises 4-6 pts. wt. manganese, 4-6 pts. wt. silicon, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. phosphorus, 100-120 pts. wt. chromium, 15-20 pts. wt. nickel, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. copper, 0.8-1 pts. wt. vanadium and 5-10 pts. wt. edge absorbed with titanium graphene. The edge absorbed with titanium graphene is connected by titanium-carbon chemical bond. The graphene absorbed with titanium is dispersed in the wear-resistant and impact-resistant alloy material. The graphene with the edge absorbed with titanium is a single-layer structure. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant anti-impact alloy material further comprises 5-10 wt.% gamma-aluminum oxide graphene with Ti adsorbed on the edge. The fatty acid comprises lauric acid, arachidonic acid, ricinoleic acid, palmiticacid, stearic acid and/or myristic acid. USE - The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant anti-impact alloy material is useful in the field of petroleum exploitation tool material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material can resist high temperature condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant anti-impact alloy material.
