NOVELTY - Graphene is prepared using ascorbic acid as adsorbent. The graphene is added to aqueous solution of estrogen (E2) and estrogen (EE2), respectively, and the pH is adjusted and filtered with shock filter. The concentration of estrogen (E2) and estrogen (EE2) in filtrate is determined by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The concentration of estrogen (E2) and estrogen (EE2) adsorbed by graphene is calculated and subjected to chemical reagent desorption method, such that the adsorption of saturated graphene is regenerated. USE - Adsorption of estrogen with graphene during water purification and water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables adsorption of estrogen with graphene having large adsorption capacity and adsorption speed and high efficiency of estrogen adsorption. The amount of estrogen absorbed by graphene is more than 85% of adsorption (a1). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for regeneration of estrogen with graphene, which involves filtering adsorbed graphene, adding graphene to sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, adding graphene to acetone, shaking in water bath, adding graphene to aqueous solution of estrogen (E2) and estrogen (EE2), adjusting pH, shaking in water bath, measuring filtrate concentration by fluorescence spectrophotometer and calculating amount of estrogen (E2) and estrogen (EE2) adsorbed by graphene.
