NOVELTY - Preparation of composite heat-conducting pad involves cutting planar high-thermal conductivity film material into fibers, arranging high-thermal conductivity fibers in orientation, filling gaps between high-thermal conductivity fibers with organic matter and filling additives to form a composite block, and slicing the composite block in direction perpendicular to high-thermal conductivity fibers to obtain gaskets with high thermal conductivity in vertical direction. USE - Preparation of composite heat-conducting pad. ADVANTAGE - The heat conduction gasket prepared by the method has characteristics of high vertical thermal conductivity, low cost, flexibility, and stable mechanical structure, and can replace carbon fiber gasket as a thermal interface material in fields of heat conduction and heat dissipation.
