NOVELTY - The solar cell has a solar cell structure arranged with a front surface metal electrode, a N-type heavy doped graphene thin film, a nano-crystalline silicon thin film, a P-type nano-crystalline silicon film, an intrinsic graphene transition layer, a cadmium sulfide thin film, a P-type copper-indium-selenium thin film, a P-type heavy doped graphene substrate and a metal back electrode. The nano-crystalline silicon thin film and the P-type nano-crystalline silicon thin film are attached together to form a cell junction region. Forbidden band width of the cell junction region is 1.4-1.7 eVo. USE - Graphene electric conduction material copper-indium-selenium nanometer crystal silicon thin film solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell is simple to manufacture and inexpensive. The solar cell has large light wave absorbing range, high conductivity, high light transmittance, better illumination effect, better thermal stability, high conversion efficiency and prolonged service life.
