▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion photo-anode composite material comprises 0.1-5 wt.% reduced graphene oxide nanosheet, cadmium-selenium-tellurium nanowire (I) and 0.1-1 wt.% co-catalyst, where the nanowire of (I) and co-catalyst are dispersed on the surface of reduced graphene oxide nanosheet. USE - Used as anti-corrosion photo-anode composite material. ADVANTAGE - The photo-anode composite material: enhances hole transport between nanowire and co-catalyst by introducing reduced graphene oxide as carrier transport layer and thus reduces photo-corrosion effect of photo-generated holes on nanowire; and has high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-corrosion photo-anode composite material comprises 0.1-5 wt.% reduced graphene oxide nanosheet, cadmium-selenium-tellurium nanowire of formula (CdSe1-xTex) (I) and 0.1-1 wt.% co-catalyst, where the nanowire of (I) and co-catalyst are dispersed on the surface of reduced graphene oxide nanosheet. x = 0-1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosion photo-anode composite material, comprising (i) dispersing nanowire of (I) in graphene oxide-containing solution, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment and performing hydrothermal reaction to obtain (I)/reduced graphene oxide composite nanomaterial, and (ii) dispersing step (i) product in co-catalyst nanoparticles-containing solution, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment and performing hydrothermal reaction to obtain final product.
