▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of gadolinium (Gd)-nitrogen self-doped graphene quantum dots (NGQDs)-BTS-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA)-polyethylene glycol (PEG) nano material comprises preparing aqueous solution of nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots with uniform dispersion and uniform particle size, dissolving sodium benzothiazole sulfinate and PEG-PLGA in dichloromethane by film hydration method, removing solvent in vacuum at room temperature to obtain film, mixing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot aqueous solution and gadolinium acetate, adding ultrapure water, reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering through 0.45 mu m filter membrane and performing dialysis for 48-72 hours by dialysis bag. USE - The preparation of Gd-NGQDs-BTS-PLGA-PEG nano material is used for sonodynamic therapy sonosensitizer, gas generator and/or magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves phototoxicity problem of sound sensitive agent, improves effect of sound dynamic treatment of tumor and has deep tumor treatment to achieve synergistic treatment of sound dynamic treatment and sulfur dioxide gas treatment.
