▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing carbon nanotubes-graphene functionalized expanded graphite involves dissolving carbon nanotubes and graphene in a solvent in weight ratio of 1:5:100 selected from N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide, alcohol or water and the solution is dispersed by ultrasonic wave followed by the addition of 80-120 parts of expanded graphite fine powder with pore size of 100 mu m-10 nanometer to obtain carbon nanotubes graphene expanded graphite slurry which is dried or rapidly freeze dried in vacuum to obtain carbon nanotubes-graphene expanded graphite composite. USE - Method for manufacturing carbon nanotubes-graphene functionalized expanded graphite which is used as battery electrode material, heat generating material and heat dissipating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare carbon nanotubes-graphene functionalized expanded graphite in cost effective manner.
