▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The generator has a pump light source (1) connected to a 980nm end of a wavelength division multiplexer (2). A 1550nm end of the multiplexer is connected to an input end of a light coupler (3). An end of a light detector (13) is connected to an input end of an amplifying circuit (14). An end of a first polarization controller (4) is connected to an input end of a lithium niobate modulator (5). An output end of the modulator is connected to a first PZT piezoelectric ceramic layer (7). An end of a second polarization controller (24) is connected to a second PZT piezoelectric ceramic layer (19). USE - Graphene saturable absorber based active and passive hybrid mode-locked light pulse generator. ADVANTAGE - The generator is simple to operate, has high controlling accuracy, and utilizes an amplification circuit for amplifying a received signal so as to control the piezoelectric ceramic layer, effectively output optimized pulse and generate stable ultra-short light pulse in a convenient manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic block diagram of a graphene saturable absorber based active and passive hybrid mode-locked light pulse generator.
