NOVELTY - The method involves pre-treating a surface of a scroll component in sequence, forming a heat insulation layer on the surface of scroll component after pre-treatment and forming a compensation layer on the surface of heat insulation layer, using the compensation layer to compensate the lack of dimensional accuracy in the surface machining of scroll component, and using the heat insulation layer, which is a zirconium oxide ceramic coating formed by mixing nano-zirconia sol and nano-tungsten oxide nano hollow balls, where the compensation layer is a polymer layer, and the thickness of the compensation layer is 40-60um, and the polymer layer is formed of a mixture of polyether ketone, polyether ether ketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), polytetrafluoroethylene, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber and graphene. USE - The method is useful for processing scroll component surface of scroll compressor. ADVANTAGE - The method: compensates the lack of dimensional accuracy in the surface machining of the scroll component by forming the compensation layer on the surface of the scroll component of scroll compressor, the dimensional accuracy of the scroll component of the scroll compressor obtained through computerised numerical control (CNC) machining center can meet the requirements; and realizes gas sealing and transportation during the occlusal work, so that there will be no problem that the surface of the movable scroll and the surface of the fixed scroll will be worn due to excessive contact.
