NOVELTY - The device has a substrate provided with a penetrated hollow. A membrane-type insulating layer is formed in an upper side of the substrate. A graphene part is deposited in an upper side of the insulating layer. An electrode is formed in a top surface of the graphene part. A power supply device supplies power to the electrode. A polymer layer is interposed between the insulating layer and the graphene part. The graphene part is formed with a single layer. A local vacuum part is provided with a protective layer. USE - Graphene light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device has better physical chemical property, light transparency, industrial applicability and conductivity and high energy efficiency.
