▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing immunity sensors nanogold/chitosan-graphene modified methylene blue, involves preparing chitosan-graphene-nanocomposite methylene blue by dissolving chitosan in 1% acetic acid solution, magnetically stirring the mixture at room temperature, adjusting pH of the mixture using sodium hydroxide to 5, dissolving 10 mg graphene in 10 ml chitosan solution, ultrasonically dispersing the mixture for 8 hours to obtain chitosan-graphene nanocomposite fluid, and adding methylene blue dissolved in ethanol solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing immunity sensors nanogold/chitosan-graphene modified methylene blue (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares immunity sensors having excellent biocompatibility, chemical stability, specific surface area, electrical conductivity, regeneration ability and recovery rate and increased response to current sensor, and is simple, rapid and performed in controlled manner.
