▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of porous graphene/silicon-based composite material involves mixing aqueous solution of graphene oxide, nano-silica fumes, deionized water, surfactant and organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution, carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain graphene/silicon composite gel, drying graphene/silicon composite gel at 30-90 degrees C and normal pressure for 0.5-7 hours, freeze-drying, heat-treating to obtain porous graphene/silicon composite material. USE - Preparation of porous graphene/silicon-based composite material used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared porous graphene/silicon-based composite material provides lithium ion battery with high specific discharge capacity of 1325-1785 mAh/g at 0.5 degrees C and 940-1600 mAh/g after 200 cycles of lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) porous graphene/silicon-based composite material prepared by the method; and (2) lithium ion battery, which comprises an anode made of porous graphene/silicon-based composite material, a cathode, a separator and an electrolytic solution.
