NOVELTY - Preparing catalyst involves using one or two of La and Ce oxides as catalytic promoters by adopting the impregnation method to support the graphene on the carrier, the active components of the catalyst, the catalyst promoter, and the carrier each account for 20-30 wt.%, 2 wt.%, 68-78 wt.% total mass of the catalyst, and they are prepared, after drying and roasting. USE - Method for preparing catalyst by using graphene as carrier and rare earth element modified SrHPO4-WO3 for fixed bed catalytic preparation of triethylene diamine and derivatives. ADVANTAGE - The preparation of triethylenediamine and its derivatives has high target product selectivity and low reaction temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an application of the catalyst in production of triethylenediamine and its derivatives in a fixed-bed gas-solid phase catalysis process, which includes: (A) packing calcined catalyst in a fixed bed reactor, heating preheater at 100 degrees C, and heating reaction layer at 270 degrees C; and (B) feeding reaction materials into the preheater and the fixing bed reactor through a constant flow pump, where they are catalytically reacted, cooled, and rectified.
